At Real Pasifik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return Policy outlines the steps you can take to return or exchange items.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged items may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or Used Fishing Gear: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fishing gear such as bait, lines, or reels that have been used cannot be returned.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@realpasifik.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the package is securely sealed.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Real Pasifik is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  4. Return Authorization: Include the return authorization number provided by our customer service team inside the package. Returns without an authorization number may not be processed.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that show signs of use, missing parts, or are not in their original condition).
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a store credit or send out the replacement item, depending on your preference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
