Fiji Cuisine at the South Pacific Food and Wine Festival.

Robert is in Fiji as Culinary Ambassador to Fiji’s first food and wine festival. We go behind the scenes in the Sheraton kitchens at Denerau where he is mentoring, aspiring young chefs whilst creating a five course degustation menu using only local ingredients.

    Youre so cool! I dont suppose Ive learn something like this before. So nice to search out someone with some authentic thoughts on this subject. realy thank you for starting this up. this website is one thing that’s wanted on the web, somebody with a bit of originality. useful job for bringing one thing new to the internet!
